This space sat unused underneath the Westside Highway in Harlem. For the redesign, we emphasized the lofted roadway overhead with racing stripes. The columns repeat inside the building and get painted with a safety yellow stripe. Limewash, Milk paint, and simple plywood built-ins throughout.
